Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of Ruppi and this website. By using Ruppi or booking a conversation through our site, you agree to them. For questions, contact legal@neuralevo.com.
1. The product
Ruppi is a desktop application for local network recon: monitoring devices on networks you administer or are authorized to observe, reviewing presence history, and helping identify suspicious activity. Ruppi is provided by Neural Evo.
2. License to use
Subject to these terms, Neural Evo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Ruppi for lawful purposes on systems you own or are authorized to manage. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the software as your own product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Authorization & acceptable use
You agree that you will only use Ruppi on networks and devices you have the right to monitor.
- Do not use Ruppi to access, intercept, or disrupt systems without permission
- Do not use Ruppi to harass, surveil people unlawfully, or violate privacy laws
- Comply with local laws, employer policies, and network owner rules
You are solely responsible for how you configure and operate the software, including any elevated privileges required for discovery tools.
4. Elevated privileges & network tools
Accurate LAN discovery may require running Ruppi with administrator or root privileges and using system tools (for example packet or ARP-related utilities). Those tools can affect system security posture. You accept the operational risk of elevating privileges and installing companion packages on your host.
5. No warranty
Ruppi and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that scanning will be complete, uninterrupted, or free of false positives or false negatives.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neural Evo and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from use of Ruppi, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Ruppi will not exceed the amount you paid Neural Evo for the software in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).
7. Third-party services
Optional features may call third parties you configure (LLM providers, Calendly for scheduling, your router APIs). Those services are governed by their own terms. Neural Evo is not responsible for third-party outages or policies.
8. Intellectual property
Ruppi, its branding, and related materials are owned by Neural Evo or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
9. Website
Content on ruppi.neuralevo.com is for information. Feature descriptions may change as the product evolves. Booking a call through Calendly does not create a consulting engagement until separately agreed in writing.
10. Termination
We may suspend access to distribution or related services if you violate these terms. You may stop using Ruppi at any time by uninstalling it and deleting local data.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may be highlighted on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
